Platform for customs brokers and freight forwarders. A complete website under your brand, Prêt-à-déclarer (the software that turns your clients' emails into files), DeltaAgent, which pre-fills the declaration, mandates signed online, a duties and taxes simulator for your clients, HS code help and a code base per client. You keep your customs clearance software. For customs brokers (RDE, registered customs representatives in France) and freight forwarders still working with emails, spreadsheets and paper mandates.
What you still do by hand. Emails, a binder of mandates, a spreadsheet of codes, calls for a duty calculation: four places where your team searches instead of processing. Files arrive by email and get lost. One client writes to one address, another to a different one, and attachments sit in a mailbox. Here every email becomes a file, and documents are filed under your control: nothing is filed without you. Mandates are on paper and need chasing. Who has signed, until when, who needs a reminder? The answer is in a binder. Here every mandate is sent for online signature and has its status, its due date and its reminder. HS codes are found by hand, client by client. The code used last month for this client is in an old declaration, or in a colleague's head. Here every validated code is kept for the client, with its date and the name of the person who validated it. Your clients ask for a duty calculation by phone. Each call takes time, and the client calls back for the variant. Here they run the simulation themselves, under your brand, and ask you for a quote once they have decided.
From the client's email to the invoice. A file followed step by step, with the screen of each step. On the client side: mandate signed online, simulator and tracking. The client writes, the file is created. Your client's email becomes a file. The attachments are proposed for filing and you validate. DeltaAgent reads the documents. The client signs their mandate online. The mandate is sent for signature, the client signs it online and the copy is archived in the file. A reminder goes out if the link stays unanswered. The HS code is no longer searched for. The HS code help proposes three explained codes. The code already validated for this client is reused, and you are told if the tariff changes it. DeltaAgent pre-fills the declaration. The declaration is pre-filled item by item and the points to check are flagged. The declarant checks and validates: nothing is sent without them. The file is ready for your customs clearance software (AKANEA, CONEX, Okiduty or ASYCUDA). Your client follows and simulates. In their area under your brand, they see their files, documents and mandate. They estimate their duties and taxes before ordering, octroi de mer (local import tax) included for the DOM (French overseas departments). The invoice is built along the file. Fees and disbursements are carried into the invoice as you go. The final declaration goes to the client with their invoice, in UBL or CII, or to your accounting software (Pennylane or Qonto, for example). The screen shows a transport invoice, as a demonstration.
The platform modules. Your installation activates only the modules for your business, based on a form we fill in with you. Website and client portal. Your website in your brand, online quotes and a client area where your clients follow their files and find their documents and their mandate. Prêt-à-déclarer. Your clients' emails become files. Documents are filed, DeltaAgent analyses and pre-fills the declaration, and you keep the validation. Online mandates. Sent for signature, signed online by the client, with status, due date and reminder, and a time-stamped log. HS code help and client base. Three codes proposed and explained, then each validated code is kept for the client, with an alert when the tariff changes it. Duties and taxes simulator. Your clients estimate duties, VAT and octroi de mer (the local import tax of the French overseas departments) under your brand, then ask you for a quote. Invoicing. The invoice is built as the file progresses, in UBL or CII, with sending to your accounting software (Pennylane or Qonto, for example).
If you also organise the transport. What comes on top when you also organise the transport. Everything is in the full list. Transport file, margin included. Legs, purchases, sales, documents and milestones in one place. The real margin is compared with the quoted one. Layered quoting. Truck, freight, surcharges, estimated duties and VAT add up in a single quote. The margin stays visible to you alone. Buy-rate base. The rates of your agents and subcontractors, dated, with an alert before expiry. Containers and demurrage. Each container has its milestones and its remaining free days. An alert goes out before the free days end.
What each plan includes. Website, Prêt-à-déclarer and DeltaAgent connected, according to the modules for your activity. The detail of each plan is given to you before any order, with the commitment period.
Do you also run trucks? The same platform exists for road carriers: website, transport orders, proof of delivery and invoice.
No. The platform prepares the file and the declaration, then produces a file ready for AKANEA, CONEX, Okiduty or ASYCUDA. Filing stays in your customs software, which you keep.
Each mandate is sent for online signature. You see its status (to send, sent, signed, in force, to renew, expired) and its due date, and a reminder goes out if the client has not signed. A copy is archived in the file with a time-stamped log. Your existing paper mandates can be imported: see the question on paper mandates below.
An area in your brand: their files by step, their documents, their current mandate, a message from their declarant, the simulator and their validated HS codes. Each client can access only their own data.
Your data stays yours: you can export it as files. Each client can access only their own data, with strict separation between clients and encryption of the data. The hosting and processing details are given to you before any order.
Yes. DeltaAgent removes the data entry, it does not replace the declarant: the points to check are flagged, the declarant checks and validates, and nothing is sent without them. At companies that use DeltaAgent, a customs file that used to take 15 minutes of data entry is ready in 4 minutes. This is a measurement taken at those companies, with no commitment for your business.
Yes. It opens under your name, with your colours, and your clients use it in their area or on your website. It shows the date the rates were updated, keeps their latest simulations and lets them ask you for a quote in one click. Amounts are indicative: the final amount is set at the customs declaration.
Each code you validate is kept for the client, with the origin, the date, the name of the validator and the number of uses. It is reused on the next file, and you are told when the tariff changes it. The code help proposes three explained codes, with the points to watch. You keep the decision.
The simulator calculates customs duties, octroi de mer (the local import tax of the overseas departments) and VAT for an import into the DOM, for example Martinique or Guadeloupe. Rates are those of the day, with their date shown. The result is an estimate: the final amount remains the one of the declaration.
French, English and Spanish for the website, the client area and the software. Other languages on request.
Support is by email, with a reply usually within one working day (Paris time). It is included in the subscription, like hosting and updates.
No. They keep writing to you as before: their email becomes a file. They also get an area and a simulator under your brand, which they use if they wish.
Your clients write to your usual address. You set an automatic forward to the Prêt-à-déclarer drop-off address (the name of your choice followed by [email protected]), or you forward the email as it is. You can also create an address dedicated to customs files on your domain, which Prêt-à-déclarer reads in read-only mode: your main mailbox is not involved.
You import the list of your existing mandates (client, type, due date). Tracking happens online, with status, due date and reminder, and renewals are sent for online signature.
Installation and subscription are quoted to you before any order, depending on the size of your business, with the commitment period. We show you a demo under your brand before you order.
