From quote to invoice, without retyping a line

Management platform for carriers. A complete website under your brand and a management software that runs your whole business: customers, quotes, orders, drivers and subcontractors, proofs of delivery, invoices, reminders, deadlines. For transport SMEs still running on Excel, emails and paper. These are demonstration screens: companies, people, amounts and dates are fictitious. The platform is tailored to your business before go-live.

What you still do by hand. Four tools for a single day: a spreadsheet, a mailbox, a phone, a binder. The platform connects them, whether or not you have drivers and trucks of your own. Your rates live in a spreadsheet. Rates by zone, pallet or kilometre, customer discounts: it is all in one file that only one person can read. The platform takes your rate sheet and prices from it, at any hour. Requests come in everywhere. Phone, email, messages: a transport request is easily lost. Here every request becomes a transport order to validate, with its price, dates and documents. Money comes in too late. According to OTRE, a French road transport trade body, more than 62% of road freight company managers have been hit by late payments. French law sets the payment term at 30 days at most after the invoice is issued. The platform prepares the invoice as soon as the delivery is signed, with the proof attached: it goes out sooner, so it falls due sooner. E-invoicing is coming. In France, every business has had to be able to receive an electronic invoice since 1 September 2026. Small and medium-sized businesses and micro-businesses will have to issue them from 1 September 2027. The platform prepares your invoices with all the details the law requires, and sends them through an approved platform.

From quote to invoice. One shipment followed step by step, with the screen for each step. The customer asks for a price. On your website, the customer describes the shipment in three steps. Depending on your settings, they get a firm price, a price range or an estimate, or ask for a call back. They accept, the order appears. The customer accepts with a code received by email. The transport order is created from the accepted quote. A customer's order email becomes a proposed order, which you validate. You assign a truck and a driver. You assign the order to a truck and a driver. The planning flags a driver already booked, a truck without a tail lift when the delivery needs one, or driving hours exceeded. The driver delivers. The driver opens the link received in the phone's browser: nothing to install. They see the job and have the consignee sign on the screen, with the time recorded. Driver page tested on Android phones (Chrome, Edge, Brave). Your customer follows the shipment. A simple link, with no account to create, opens a page under your brand showing progress step by step and the expected arrival window, right up to delivery confirmation. The invoice goes out with the proof. The signed delivery prepares the draft invoice, proof attached. You review it and send it in one click. The reminders you switch on are scheduled, and the invoice exports to your invoicing software.

The platform modules and functions. Your installation activates only the modules for your business, based on a form we fill in with you. This list covers everything the website and the management software do. Website and online quotes. Your website under your brand, online quotes and link-based tracking for your customers. Operations and planning. Transport orders, the daily planning, the consignment note and CMR as PDFs, and a customer's email that becomes an order to validate. Driver page. A web page in the phone's browser: the day's jobs and the proof of delivery. Nothing to install. Invoicing. The invoice prepared as soon as the delivery is signed, with the fuel share and the legal details; the payment reminders you enable; the export for your accountant. Deadlines and supporting documents. Detailed vehicle and driver records, a table of what is due this month, an alert before each date and a vault for supporting documents. Formalities. The calendar of the carrier's online procedures, with fields pre-filled for the official portals, in France and Spain. The software never acts on a portal on its own.

Options for your trade. What adds on for your trade. Everything is in the full list. Quotes from photos. Your customer sends photos of the load, a proposal for volume, vehicle and price is prepared, and your dispatcher validates it before it goes out. Corridors, purchase prices and margins. You set by destination the price paid to the subcontractor and the price sold, and the margin shows from the quote, with an alert below your threshold. Subcontractors and up-to-date documents. Each subcontractor has a record and dated documents. The platform reminds you before expiry and can block assignment if a mandatory paper has expired. Heavy-vehicle routing. Distances and durations based on the vehicle's height, weight and ADR class, useful for abnormal loads and dangerous goods.

One installation, then a subscription. Quotes calculated from your rate grid, pre-filled orders, invoices prepared once delivery is signed. Full details of each plan are provided before you order.

FAQ

How long does it take to get started?

Set-up takes about fifteen days after we receive your complete file: your files, your rate sheet and your access. If one arrives later, the timing shifts. The steps are detailed in the set-up section.

What do I need to give you?

Your rates as an Excel or CSV file, the list of your customers, vehicles and drivers, your logo, your service areas and access to your domain name. We fill in the discovery form together on day one. You keep your rates: the firm price only goes online after five test quotes that you check.

Do my drivers have to install anything on their phone?

No. The driver receives a link and opens it in the browser of their phone: they see their assignment, get the delivery signed on screen and take the photo. If the network drops, the entry stays on the phone and sending is retried. The software is designed for recent Chrome, Edge or Brave, and the driver page for those browsers on an Android phone.

What does the platform include?

Your website under your brand, online quotes, tracking for your customers, transport orders, the planning, the driver page with proof of delivery, the invoice prepared at delivery, vehicle and driver records, rounds, driving hours, e-invoicing, telematics and customs, depending on your plan. You keep your telematics and your accounting: the platform connects to them, it does not replace them. The full list is above.

What happens to my data if I stop?

You leave with your customers, transport orders and invoices as CSV files, and with the accounting entries file (FEC, the French format) for your accountant. A full export with all documents is available on request.

Which languages does the platform come in?

French, English and Spanish for the website, the customer area, the software and the driver page. Other languages on request.

Can I take payments and signatures online?

Yes. Your customer accepts the quote online with a code received by email, then can pay a deposit by card or by a payment method from their country. The money goes to your own payment account, which you open during set-up once the payment provider has approved your file; its fees are at your expense. The quote is signed with a simple signature and a time-stamped record; advanced signature is available for your contracts.

Is customs included?

Yes, as an option. For French customs, DeltaAgent pre-fills the declaration from the invoice and the packing list, and your customs declarant validates it: nothing is sent without them. This function is paid by usage. At companies that use DeltaAgent, a customs file that took 15 minutes to key in is ready in 4 minutes. That is a measurement taken there, with no commitment for your business.

Who helps me after go-live?

Support is by email, usually with a reply within one working day (Paris time). It is included in the subscription, like hosting and updates. One hour of training for your team is planned during set-up, with videos sent beforehand.

What does it cost, and what is the commitment?

The installation costs €2,900 excluding VAT, paid once. The monthly subscription depends on the plan and on the size of your business, and is quoted to you before any order; there is no price per user. Payment provider fees and, if you switch them on, text messages (billed per message) remain at your expense. The commitment period is stated in the proposal, sent before any order, and we show you a demo with your logo before you order.

What do I have to do on my side?

Fill in the discovery form with us on day one, give us your files (rates, customers, vehicles, drivers, logo) and your access (domain name), check five test quotes before the firm price goes online, and attend one hour of training. We do the rest.

Where is my data hosted?

It stays yours: you can export it as files at any time (customers, transport orders, invoices, accounting entries). The hosting and data-processing details are given to you before any order.

What does the subscription depend on?

On the plan you choose and the size of your business. It is quoted to you before any order, with the commitment period. No price per user.
